My story

I am Mina González, named Iizax Xa (Moon Spirit) by members of the Comcaac Nation. Even in childhood, I felt a deep connection with subtle energy, the dream world, plants, and the sacred nature of the body. My hands, my intuition, and my voice carried a sensitivity and power I didn’t yet know how to name.
For many years, I tried to fit into conventional health systems and societal expectations that did not reflect my truth. In that disconnection, I became unwell—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I was suppressing a vital force within me that needed expression. What followed was what many call the dark night of the soul: a period of profound uncertainty, loss of direction, and inner unraveling.
I began to understand that this apparent collapse was really an initiation, a rebirth. It pushed me to remember who I was and to walk a path aligned with my essence. I made a promise to myself that from then on I would live a meaningful life. The magic started to unfold.
This journey led me toward holistic approaches: psychology, homeopathy, yoga, somatic work, among others. I also received spiritual teachings and ceremonial experiences within Lakota, Comcaac, and Wixárika traditions—teachings I hold with humility, responsibility, and deep respect.
Through vision quests, temaxcalli (sweat lodge) ceremonies, and the medicine wheel, I learned to sit with myself, to listen, and to transform. My voice became my medicine; my hands, a channel for supporting internal processes of release and clarity.
I believe true transformation begins INTERNA-lly!
My intention is to hold a grounded, compassionate, and empowering space for you to come home to yourself and your inner power. I will accompany you as you self-inquire, integrate, and expand.
With Love,
Mina
